This is a time to celebrate the heritage passed down to us through the works of our art and craft in Canada's 150th anniversary of Confederation. Hua Xia Multicultural Society (HXMS.org) is hosting China Pavilion Art and Culture expression of 10th Fusion Festival and to promote our cross-culture Chopsticks Art workshop. It is the opportunity to see how creative would bring to live and enjoy and celebrate what you can access to the rich culture.
Chinese cuisine is rich and colourful, and described by three characteristics: diversified color, aromatic flavor, and excellent taste. With these three characteristics, Chinese cuisine is not only tasty but also a work of art for people to appreciate. To make real Chinese food, all of these three qualities have to be included.

The China pavilion and its delicious food is prepared by volunteers from the Hua Xia Multiculture Society (HXMS). HXMS coordinates and implements comprehensive educational, cultural and social programs designed to promote intercultural dialogue, awareness and respect for diversity.
