After completing culinary school at 18 years old and moving to various foreign countries to expand his culinary journey, Donatello Di Lernia arrived in Vancouver, BC where he quickly became the head chef of the Authentic Italian restaurant, BiBo Pizzeria. Donatello brings a sense of passion and enthusiasm into his cooking. He is inspired by different cultures and styles of cooking across the globe, all starting with deep Italian roots. Donatello has had the privilege of learning from renowned chefs in France and working in Michelin star restaurants, all while delighting the pallets of connoisseurs alike.
